This project is modeled after the High Growth Handbook, by Elad Gil. A gap that we noticed in Elad’s book is that he skipped information about how customer-facing teams are key to scaling companies. We wanted to see a centralized resource available to anyone, so they can learn and contribute their knowledge.

Usage

As a customer support professoinal, Support Wiki is a great place to:

  • Share your knowledge and experience

  • Ask questions from other professionals

  • Share content and articles you've found helpful
